About Me
Bob Thomas is Founder and Principal of Bob Thomas, User Research Consultant, LLC.
Previously, he was Director of User Research at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he worked for 11 years expanding usability best practices and building out a user research team. His background includes usability research, usability testing, graphic design, and product management. He has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry.
He has presented at local, national, and international user experience conferences. He is President of UXPA (User Experience Professionals’ Association) Boston, where he also serves as Mentoring Lead for UXPA Boston Conferences. He holds an MS in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University, and an MBA from Suffolk University in Marketing and International Business.
